Postpartum Doula Support

Love.Our.Mothers

All Family Doula Care

Sacred tending for the body, the spirit, and the family that just arrived

The postpartum window is often treated like an afterthought when it is actually one of the most critical health windows of a person’s life.

At Love.Our.Mothers, the first 12 weeks after birth is held as a time of deep vulnerability and powerful transformation. You’ve just crossed a threshold—whether gently or fiercely—and your body, your home, and your heart all need space to rest, recalibrate, and be held.

My postpartum support is rooted in the belief that families don’t need to "bounce back"—they need to be nurtured forward. Together, we create stability with an emphasis on slowness, ritual, and natural rhythms.

Postpartum Doula Service Packages

Every family's postpartum journey is unique, and my role is to offer grounding, attuned support as you navigate this tender transition.

Support is provided in your home, on your terms, and may include

  • Support with your specific infant feeding goals (nursing, body feeding, pumping, combo feeding, bottle feeding, etc)

  • Gentle guidance on simple sleep strategies and nervous system regulation techniques

  • Holding space for emotional processing, storytelling, and tears

  • Nourishment support — meal prep, feeding you while you feed baby, making sure you stay hydrated

  • Facilitating body-based self-care practices for rest, grounding, and physical recovery

  • Light tidying and home tending to ease daily overwhelm

  • Support for partners, siblings, and pets adjusting to a new family rhythm

  • Referrals to trusted resources and community connections as needed

Together, we co-create a care rhythm that reflects your values, meets your evolving needs, and honors the pace of life with a new baby.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

At this time, postpartum doula care services are not typically covered by most major insurance carriers. All private pay services require a 50% retainer to secure your dates in my books.

If an employer-sponsored HSA program is available to you, I am contracted to accept Carrot Fertility benefits and would be happy to explore my eligibility with any other programs your employer may provide. Additionally, I’m partnered with BeHerVillage, an online registry created to help parents pay for some or all of their pregnancy-related care expenses, and I can’t stress enough how happy I am that something like this finally exists.

If you are currently experiencing financial hardship or insecurity that would make full-price doula services inaccessible to you, please inquire directly. There are many, many options available in our community that I am more than happy to connect you with. We will find something that works for you.

Postpartum care packages are booked in blocks of hours (usually 3–4 hour shifts). Daytime hours only, with limited availability for overnights on a case-by-case basis.

Service area includes Eugene-Springfield, Albany-Corvallis, Florence, Cottage Grove, Roseburg, and surrounding rural areas in Lane, Linn, Benton, and Douglas counties.

Reach out early—postpartum slots often book 2–3 months in advance. Call or text : (541) 357-7511
