SUPPORT FOR EVERY BIRTH, EVERY BODY, EVERY FAMILY, AND EVERY NEED
Every family’s path into parenthood is sacred—and your care should reflect that.

Love.Our.Mothers - All Family Doula Care offers holistic, spiritually-anchored doula services for those who view birth and postpartum as more than medical events. Whether you're putting pen to paper for your very first birth plan, gripping my hand through a contraction, needing help figuring out how your pump parts fit together, or just wanting someone to hold you while you cry (or laugh) (or laugh and cry at the same time)—I’ll be beside you with unwavering presence and fierce, steady care.

My birth and postpartum doula care, lactation education, and placenta encapsulation services are available to all families in Eugene, Oregon and surrounding areas including Lane, Linn, Benton, and Douglas counties. Virtual support is available anywhere in the world.

Many people experience a deep sense of connectedness to their placentas as the organ their body made specifically to nourish the baby growing inside of their belly.
To honor this connection as part of their physical and spiritual recovery, families may choose to show gratitude for their placenta in some of the following ways:
-
Performing Cultural Ceremony
-
Making Art or Jewelry
-
Burial or Planting in a Sacred Place
-
Placentophagy, Encapsulation, or Tincturing
Placenta encapsulation is a time-honored practice used to support postpartum recovery. I offer safe, respectful encapsulation services with full transparency and informed consent every step of the way.
Services are offered completely in-home so that you are never separated and can be 100% assured of its care and handling.
Your placenta is sacred. Whether through encapsulation, ritual burial, or some other method of honoring, I support you in honoring this powerful organ in a way that aligns with your culture, spirituality, or personal tradition.
Together we can find a method of honoring that matches your particular heart’s calling. Click the link below for more detailed information:

SPECIALIZED & COMPASSIONATE CARE FOR COMPLEX JOURNEYS
I want to be real with you. Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum can be joyful. But there are moments, sometimes over and over again, that will take you to your absolute breaking point, and then push you even beyond that.
What you're about to take on is very hard work. The birth journey is hard even for parents coming from the most privileged backgrounds, in every way a person could ever be privileged. It’s hard in impossibly, indescribable ways, even when “healthy mom, healthy baby”, and pregnancy and birth unfold without complication, or maybe even ideally. This will still demand EVERYTHING you have within you.
In addition to standard birth and postpartum care, I am especially inclined to offer sensitive, knowledgeable, hands-on or hands-off support as requested for high needs circumstances, including:
-
Adoption, abortion, miscarriage, termination, loss, stillbirth and bereavement support
-
Infertility, surrogacy, and assisted reproduction (IVF, IUI)
-
Advanced maternal age / "geriatric" pregnancies
-
Premature or medically fragile infants
-
Twins and multiples
-
Families with other children who may need extra support
-
Vaginal births after cesarean (VBAC) and home births after cesarean (HBAC)
-
High-risk pregnancies, birth complications, or traumatic birth experience (TBE)
-
Teen parents, single parents, or parents without an established community safety net
-
Parents coping with high stress socio-economic, systemic, or structural inequities
Trauma-informed, body and spirit honoring, inclusive care is the foundation of everything I offer, with the acknowledgement that many of us are already struggling to stay sane and grounded and connected to source, just from the inescapable stressors of everyday life.
You don’t have to be scared -- I promise you can do this -- but you do need to be prepared. Don’t hold yourself to an impossible standard. You will need help.
SERVICE AREA
I proudly support families in Eugene-Springfield, Albany-Corvallis, Cottage Grove, Roseburg, Florence, Fall Creek-Dexter-Lowell and rural communities throughout Lane, Linn, Benton, and Douglas counties.

I am available and able to provide pregnancy, birth, postpartum doula services in all area hospitals, birth centers, and in your home, as needed.
Virtual support options are also available under most circumstances, upon request.

Want to help make doula care more accessible in the areas I serve?
As many of you may already know, I keep room in my schedule for one pro-bono service offering at a time, either birth or postpartum. These spaces are reserved for families or individuals facing true financial hardship, or who may otherwise find themselves unable to access doula services through their health insurance plans.
If ever there is more immediate need for these services than I have the ability to offer, I play my part to assist in creating a BeHerVillage recipient account so that friends and family and community can contribute funds towards the costs associated with my care, or care by another doula of their choosing.

If you would like to be notified of future opportunities to contribute in such a manner, please fill out the form below and I will add you to my very private list of potential donors. You will not be contacted for any purpose other than this and your information will never be shared by me with anyone, ever.
