Whether you’re preparing to give birth, navigating the tender days after, or walking a path that doesn’t quite fit the mainstream narrative, this space was made for you.

My practice is rooted in cultural autonomy, spiritual integrity, and trauma-informed support crafted especially to include:

  • Straight, queer, traditional, and non-traditional family structures, alike

  • Native, immigrant, multi-cultural, multi-ethnic, and multi-racial families, and families of color

  • Households who honor plant medicines as part of their cultural or spiritual practice

  • Families seeking to protect the sacred nature of their birth journeys and who value the benefits of undisturbed physiologic birth

  • Parents planning water births, home births, or VBACs with a midwife, holistic practitioner, or thusly skilled obstetrician

  • Teen parents, single parents, families expecting multiples, those recovering from birth complications, or bringing home medically fragile infants

  • Families formed through IVF/IUI, surrogacy, adoption, or alternative means of conception

  • Birthing people of all sizes, abilities, neuro-persuasions, backgrounds, and identities

  • Families who want to walk into birth with intention, autonomy, and joy, and expect to have their voices heard and their choices respected

I provide grounded, inclusive care, built on the belief that everyone who is carrying a pregnancy, giving birth, and parenting with intention deserves to feel seen, heard, and held.

Your family deserves unwavering support that recognizes all of who you are.

Still wondering,
"Do I actually need a doula?"

Lots of people wonder if hiring a doula is worth it, especially if you have a loving partner or great support people. Here's what I want you to know:

A doula doesn’t replace your team ...
I complete it.

When emotions are high, things are moving fast, and no one’s slept much, having a steady, experienced presence in the room makes all the difference. I’m the calm in the storm, the reminder of your plan, the translator when things get overwhelming, and the hands that quietly keep things moving while you stay connected to each other. I support you so that you can stay focused on supporting one another.

Partnering with a doula isn’t frivolous luxury. You're creating more connection, confidence, and clarity for all of you, and it’s care that your nervous systems will always remember.

Let's create something beautiful together.

Birth and postpartum don’t have to leave you feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. With the right support, your experience can be sacred, uplifting, and full of joy. If you're looking for a doula who will protect your space, celebrate your choices, and walk through the unknown with you, let’s talk.
